  This is a long overdue review... Bottom line up front: Jewel Addison is an exceptional realtor who helped us find our dream home - a process that took a little over 7 years. Starting in 2010, Jewel worked with us patiently when we first arrived in AK with the military and while navigated the home buying process for the first time. We had a very specific home and setting in mind and it soon became apparent we wouldn't find what we were looking for right away. Over the years and through a couple of moves with the military, a deployment, and a few family additions, she maintained contact and eventually helped us find the perfect retirement home. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, easy going, and your best bet in a unique market. If you are thinking of buying a house in the greater Fairbanks/North Pole area, enlist her talents with the utmost confidence - I cannot recommend anyone more strongly!
